Privacy policy

This policy explains how KCLOCK handles personal data on our English-language pages, in our partner enquiry form and when we reach out to agencies. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

KCLOCK is a conversion studio based in Brazil. We design, write and build websites, landing pages and funnels, including as a white-label delivery partner for marketing agencies.

KCLOCK is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email us at contato@kclock.com.br.

What we collect

When you send us a project or ask for partner pricing, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, agency name, agency website, the project details you share and, if you choose one, the project type.

How you found us. We record the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, the campaign of an email we sent you). This helps us understand which outreach is useful.

Analytics and advertising data, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, device and browser type, approximate location and session recordings. See Cookies and analytics.

Please don't send us sensitive personal data or details about your clients that we don't need to scope the project.

If we contacted you first

We contact a small number of agencies we believe could benefit from a delivery partner. If we emailed you or messaged you on LinkedIn, we found your name, role and business contact details in publicly available business sources, such as your agency's website, your LinkedIn profile or business directories.

We keep only what we need to contact you about a partnership: your name, role, agency, business email and notes about your agency's services. We may use software, including AI tools, to summarise public information about your agency, and a person reviews it before we get in touch. Every message tells you how to opt out. Reply "no" or email contato@kclock.com.br and we'll stop contacting you and keep only what's needed to make sure we don't contact you again.

Why we use it and our legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry and scoping projects: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform the contract if we work together.
  • Business outreach to agencies: our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. You can object at any time.
  • Analytics, advertising and session recordings: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Keeping records, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations: our legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and analytics

On our English-language pages, analytics and advertising tools stay off until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again.

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google): traffic analytics and campaign measurement. We use Google Consent Mode: before you accept, Google may receive limited, cookieless signals that don't identify you.
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta): measuring the results of our ads. Only loaded after you accept.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): heatmaps and session recordings to improve the page. Only loaded after you accept.

You can change your choice at any time:

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

  • Hostinger, which hosts this website.
  • Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Make, which routes form submissions into our internal tools, such as our email and CRM.
  • Google, Meta and Microsoft, for the tools above, only if you accept cookies.

If you're an agency partner, we never share your details or your clients' details with anyone else, and we never contact your clients unless you ask us to.

International transfers

KCLOCK operates from Brazil, and some of our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. When personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area is transferred abroad, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and outreach contacts: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless we start working together.
  • Clients and partners: for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Opt-outs: we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
  • Analytics data: according to each tool's retention settings.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent and object to business outreach at any time.

Email contato@kclock.com.br. We'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. Form data sent to our internal tools is validated on our server before it's forwarded.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our tools or practices change, and show the new date at the top. Questions? Email contato@kclock.com.br.
