The path every project follows before it goes live.
Four phases, each with a purpose and a deliverable. No surprise steps along the way: you know what happens, in what order, and what you get at the end of each one.
- Diagnostic before pixels
- One phase, one deliverable
- Phase 04 is optional
In short
KCLOCK's process has four phases: Diagnostic (market research and positioning), Strategy (journey and page architecture), Build (design, development, and integrations), and Growth (traffic management and optimization, the only optional phase). Each phase delivers something concrete before the next one begins.
Every phase exists for a specific reason.
These aren't generic steps copied from an agency template. This order exists to avoid the most common mistake in digital projects: building something beautiful before knowing who it's actually speaking to.
Diagnostic
Before we design anything, we understand the terrain.
Every project starts with research, not a wireframe. We look at your market, your direct competitors, who your audience actually is, and how your brand is positioned today: not how you think it's positioned, but how it actually shows up to someone who has already looked for you.
This phase decides everything that follows. Without understanding the terrain, any strategy is just a guess dressed up in nice design.
- Market research and direct competitor analysis
- Audience and positioning definition
- Funnel and offer direction
Strategy
The structure is designed before the visuals, not after.
With the terrain mapped, we chart the path the visitor will follow: from the first visit to the action that actually matters for your business. That becomes page architecture, content hierarchy, and core messaging, all documented before a single screen is designed.
Design that comes before strategy is just decoration. Here, every block on the page exists because it solves a specific point in the journey.
- Mapped buying journey
- Page architecture and hierarchy
- Messaging and value proposition
Build
Landing page, website, or store, with everything connected before it goes live.
This is where strategy becomes product: high-conversion design, development, automation integrations, and tracking configured end to end. Nothing leaves our hands untested.
The funnel isn't delivered half-finished for you to discover what's missing later. It launches complete, published, and ready for real traffic.
- Full design and development
- CRM, automation, and tracking connected
- Published and live
Growth
Optional, and we mean it.
From here, you have two options, and both are legitimate: continue on your own with the funnel that's now yours, or continue with us managing paid traffic and ongoing optimization.
There's no fine print that locks you into phase 4. If you just want the funnel, it's yours either way: structure, access, and know-how included.
- Paid traffic management
- Ongoing conversion optimization
- Reporting and follow-up
Skipping a phase doesn't save time. It only postpones the rework.
Skipping straight to build
- A beautiful page with no idea who it's speaking to
- Rework when positioning changes mid-project
- Structure decided by taste, not the visitor's actual journey
Following the four phases
- Every design decision backed by real research
- Strategy validated before it becomes code
- A published funnel with no missing steps or patch-ups later
What everyone asks about the process.
Didn't find your question? Ask directly during the diagnostic. It's free, and there's no ready-made proposal waiting for you.
No. It's a real conversation about your business, with no ready-made proposal waiting at the end. If it makes sense to move forward, we move forward. If it doesn't, you still leave with clarity on where your funnel is breaking down, and that's valuable on its own.
You already know you need a funnel. You just need to know where to start.
That's exactly what the diagnostic is for: understanding your business before any ready-made proposal. No commitment.
We reply within 24h. No commitment.
