Bitfractal
Bitfractal develops an operational intelligence suite for contact centers. We built the company's brand positioning and marketing strategy, and, specifically for this business, designed an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) operation aimed directly at the right accounts in the sector.

BitFractal: positioning, copy, and a B2B prospecting engine for an operational intelligence suite
BitFractal arrived with a complex product to sell: a suite of three integrated operational intelligence modules for contact centers, competing against already-established categories (traditional IVR, generic speech analytics platforms) with no communication explaining why it belongs to a different category altogether. We built the positioning, the copy, and the prospecting engine from scratch, with two entry products and an ABM operation structured by persona.
Brand positioning
We mapped the ICP into three decision personas (COO, CFO, and QA/CS), each with a different pain angle: regulatory risk for the CFO, fixed service cost for the COO, monitoring coverage for QA/CS. We positioned the Voice Agent against the IVR as a new category (IVA, not IVR), and AutoQM against generic speech analytics as operational intelligence, not just scored transcription.
Copywriting
We wrote the full copy for two product landing pages, three outbound email sequences per persona, and the LinkedIn prospecting messages, all built on the same principle: open-ended questions, no link or forced CTA, designed to get a reply from a cold decision-maker rather than a click.
CRO / Strategic UX
We designed each landing page's conversion structure around concrete anchor numbers: a direct comparison of the current model against the Voice Agent, an interactive ROI calculator, the customer's pain journey (call → hold → give up → lose the customer → complain), and credential proof (Microsoft AppSource Certified, Azure Marketplace). Both are live today at bitfractal.com/voice-agent and bitfractal.com/autoqm-analytics.
Sales enablement and ABM
We structured the first wave of cold outreach: an email cadence by persona and LinkedIn outbound with pre-connection warm-up, handing off each qualified contact with the full context needed to carry the conversation forward.
